Not sure if Hey Dirt is your perfect cleaning match? No worries – we’ve got you covered! We’re so confident that our dissolvable sheets will win you over, we’re offering a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not totally in love with our products, we’ll happily refund your purchase. Just email us at hello@heydirt.com with your order number and the email you used to place the order, and we’ll kick off the return process.

A Few Important Details:

  • New to Hey Dirt? We recommend starting with a single box before going all-in with our bundles or subscriptions – just to be sure they’re the perfect fit.
  • If you do decide to return, no need to worry about logistics! Once we confirm your return, we’ll coordinate with our carrier to pick it up right from your location.
  • Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first order of a single box or starter bundle. It doesn’t cover multipacks or subscriptions.

    Simply email us at hello@heydirt.com with your order number and the email you used, and we’ll help you cancel or return your order.

  • Before Shipping:

    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll refund you immediately.
  • After Shipping:

    If it’s already on the way, we’ll process the refund once we’ve received the returned items. We’ll arrange for our carrier to pick it up from your location, but note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery.

Cancel Subscription

We believe in freedom of choice – no strings attached! You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription anytime. Just log into your account or drop us a line at hello@heydirt.com, and we’ll sort it out for you. You’re in control!

Order Damaged?

Sometimes packages go on unexpected adventures before they reach you. If your HeyDirt box arrives looking like it’s been through a wild journey, we’ve got your back! Shoot us an email at hello@heydirt.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, email, and photos of the damage. We’ll get a fresh, pristine box on its way to you – quick and easy!

Ordered the Wrong Item?

    We’re all human – mistakes happen! If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong product and it hasn’t shipped yet, just email us at hello@heydirt.com with your order number and the correct details. We’ll make sure you get what you need.

  • If it’s Already Shipped:

    We’ll need to wait for you to return the unopened items before processing any exchanges or refunds. Don’t worry, we’ll arrange for our carrier to pick it up from your location within 30 days of delivery.
  • If We Sent the Wrong Item:

    Contact us with your order number and pictures of what you received, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
